Did all the research and settled on this model. I wish I could have afforded to purchase the fluid trainer at double the cost, but in the end economics won over. I figured better to train and save than to not train. I'm Very Very happy with my decision. This trainer was a breeze to setup and install, its a tad noisy (though thats just as likely because of my tires which are a bit bumpy). Once I got the hang of the rhythm, this trainer was amazing. A HUGE bonus is the adjustable tension cable. Shifting resistance while pedaling made the workout!

Comments:
I like riding my bike for exercise around the neighborhood, but in the winter, it is too hard. Was looking for something under $300 that was easy to use. This works great. The hookup for your bike for the resistance is handy and seems to be working well. My only two complaints are the directions made it hard to assemble (they are not that clear, and had better time doing step 2 then 1), and the bike vibrates when I ride, so that gets annoying. This is a good product for a recreational biker looking to exercise in the winter using their bike.
